The Lehigh Valley Food Policy Council represents a powerful collaboration among nineteen organizations working together to:

• end food insecurity
• grow the local food economy and
• support environmentally healthy food systems

The event will then split up into Working Groups, the topics are:

Food Access, Consumer Education, Organic Agriculture and Community Gardens, Food Recovery and Respect, Land Use, Farm to School, Farming, Infrastructure, Entrepreneurship
