Food Banks
As not-for-profit, locally managed organizations, food banks distribute food to those in need and educate the public on topics such as health, nutrition, and poverty alleviation, in an effort to eliminate hunger in the local community. Food donations come from individuals, businesses, especially those in the food industry, and other organizations.
