Community Gardening
Community gardening is the process of renting small plots of land to local residents in neighborhoods, cities and towns on which they can grow plants of all sorts, as long as they adhere to the guidelines of the governing organization. Whether the goal is to generate produce for the needy, educate the public on the benefits of gardening, or simply to create beautiful spaces for people to enjoy, community gardens are a valuable part of the sustainability movement.
