If you enjoy bicycling, paddling and helping others have fun outdoors, join us as a Bike and Boat River Safety Volunteer! Volunteers are needed to assist with our award winning Bike and Boat program, which is hosted Spring through Fall 2016. Volunteers are asked to commit to at least a two week time period, which could consist of 2-3 trips per week. Duties include training participants in proper safety procedures, ensuring safety equipment is used properly and keeping an eye on our participants. Volunteers are also asked to help lift boats out of the water and move bicycles.
